• Placement Fees: We may receive a placement fee from some educational institutions when we successfully help you gain admission and enroll. This fee is typically paid only after you arrive, enroll, and pay your tuition fees.
• Consultancy Fees: For institutions that do not offer placement fees or for services not covered by placement fees (e.g., visa assistance), we may charge a consultancy fee. This fee will be discussed upfront and varies depending on the service provided.
• Payment Terms: Payment methods and deadlines will be clearly communicated before any service commences.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Honesty and Integrity: You agree to provide truthful information and authentic documents throughout the application process. Withholding or misrepresenting information can jeopardize your application and hold you liable for any consequences.
• Timely Documents: You are responsible for supplying all necessary documents in a timely manner to ensure efficient application processing and avoid delays, especially for visa applications.
• Course Attendance: You understand that regular attendance is crucial for maintaining your visa status. You agree to attend classes and inform the relevant parties of any absences.
• Immigration Compliance: You agree to promptly notify the relevant immigration authorities about any changes in your circumstances while studying abroad, including address changes.
• Academic Regulations: Once enrolled, you agree to comply with the academic regulations and policies of your chosen institution.
• Legality: You agree not to make unlawful requests or engage in activities that could damage the reputation of Fewa, the educational institution, or yourself.
• Dispute Resolution: You agree to attempt to resolve any potential issues directly with Fewa before engaging in negative publicity.

5. Our Responsibilities

• Best Efforts: We will make our best efforts to assist you in achieving your educational and migration goals.
• Accurate Information: We strive to provide accurate and current information about educational institutions and visa processes.
• Communication: We will maintain open communication with you throughout the service, keeping you informed of the progress and any potential challenges.

6. Disclaimer

Fewa acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee admission to an educational institution or a successful visa application. The final decision for both rests with the respective institutions and authorities.

7. Termination

You may terminate our services with two months’ written notice and reason. We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement if you breach these Terms or fail to fulfill your obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with Fewa’s materials and resources remain our property. You agree not to use or copy them for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
